3. As soon as a home matching your criteria enters the market, you will receive an email with a link to view the full listing details. The best part is that you will receive this email before the listing hits the MLS, sometimes up to seven days before.

 

4. If you want to see the home, you phone us. This way you won’t have a pesky realtor bothering you and taking you to homes that don’t meet your criteria.

 

5. When you find a home you want to buy, we will do a market analysis on the home to make sure you do not overpay.

 

6. We will write up the contract, making sure all the details are covered.

 

7. We have taken courses on negotiation and will get you the most home for your money.
