It is not very often that I write any form of testimonial for any service I receive, however when it comes to the service offered by Jodi and Ivan in the sale of my house I felt it would be more than appropriate.
 
We had listed our home with a previous agent for 3 months, we were really becoming disillusioned as we had only had a bout 3 viewings and it was in the height of summer when the market place was supposedly good. Jodi came recommended from a friend of ours who had used her services for the sale and purchase of her new property. We instructed Jodi to handle the listing and we are really glad we made this decision to swap agents.. Within days of the listing we had a virtual 360 tour on the web site, good quality photos and even a good old fashioned big FOR SALE board on the front lawn. Within days we had our first viewings and with regular open houses at the weekends we found we had 2 solid offers within a short time.
 
I was really pleased one evening when Jodi and an agent representing a buyer were at my home and were thrashing out the conditions on the sale contract. Jodi was an exceptional negotiator and really impressed me.
 
I would highly recommend their team for any one looking to buy or sell property. I will certainly be using the teams service for my next purchase.

We highly recommend Jodi Kehler as a realtor for either buying or selling a home.

 

We first met Jodi in early November 2006 when we began thinking of selling our townhouse and buying a larger house for our growing family. Although we had met several realtors during some "open houses," Jodi made a huge impression on us. She was personal, listened to our needs and wants in a home and created a package full of information for us to read.

 

Once we decided on Jodi as our personal real estate agent, she worked even harder. Each weekend for the month of November and early December, Jodi arranged for several homes to view. She was available, it seemed, anytime - even late at night. :) In the end, we managed, with Jodi's expertise, to sell our townhouse and buy a larger home within 3-4 weeks! We're convinced that we couldn't have completed both a sale and a purchase in such a short time without Jodi's knowledge of the real estate market.
